Thank you very much for your reply, my cousin is out of employment for over a year so I shall provide his last employment-related documents and an explanation letter that he is trying to get a good job but recently he sharted an evening course, so will it be any kind of issue?
Is there any possibility of not getting that 20 points?

Wonderful. He is unemployed for 1 year then how is he alive?
Not so long gap will run. Leave this idea.
Second option, Will your Maternal uncle provide you necessary documents for SINP. It can work. Do not mention about divorce in Application.

My uncle is a little bit uneasy to give all documents but his son who is 22 years old, living in Saskatchewan he is very close to our family and he is ready to provide his documents. Currently, he is studying in university, can he help me?

Is he First cousin? Is that maternal aunt your mother's real sister? If yes, then it can run. It would be nice that you confirm this by sending an email to immigration@gov.sk.ca
You can use any email address to ask.
One more point, he is an student. How can he provide his 3 months Salary slips as Income proof.

Yes I applied for CIPS license and it is in the process. Do you mean SINP will not process the application till they receive the CIPS license?

ok...wait for the best. Many are in AR status for Aug 2017 OID . your application is fine.

To get License for NOC 2173 from CIPS., Does any body know, where to send the ISP application to? I see some people are saying emailing the application to info@cips.ca is enough and no need to send through courier. Is this true?

Yes, only email them scan documents. No need to send hard copy.

Just a question out of confusion. I have created my SINP express entry profile in april and my job (2231) was in occupation in demand category by that time. I have all the information filled up in SINP express entry Oasis profile.
Now, that NOC 2231 is removed for occupation in demand category but my oasis profile is still active. I was wondering if SINP will consider my application for express entry?

Are they crazy Which will accept the application without CAD 300 Fees?
Create new Oasis profile and Complete it.

I am in EE pool with CRS score 324, NOC 2132, what are my chances to be picked up by any province from pool for their respective EE subcategory? I don't have job offer or relative from Canada.

I have read that Saskatchewan picks candidates from pool for their EE sub category of PNP with CRS score as low as 303 and job offer is not required.

If anybody has idea please enlighten me.

Not pick up by automatically. You have apply for pnp. NSNP category B and SINP EE are the best to choose. They are without job offer stream.
