It does not matter to a visa officer.

I suggest sending a CSE/email if processing time has passed and request for an expedited decision

It has been 60 days for me now. I have sent 3 CSEs and called like 4 times. Telling them hey i am going to get fired and stuff plz do it faster. They just say sorry we dont have control on background check procedure.

Can my employer do anything? Bcz our company is losing money everyday i am not there

Not much can be done in this case either by you or your employer. Background checks could take any length of time

I decided not to submit my EE profile; Because i dont want no more risk. In immigration canada website it says dual intent is legal and possible but officers are given freedom to take it harder for these cases.

However, i have applied for EE befire and they rejected my application rightaway bcz one of the documents was scanned from a copy not the original one!

I have 40 days left for me to submit my PR application. I hope i get visa by that time otherwise i will be put in thé pool again

Disagree with your opinion.
Currently CIC have big burden of overwhelming applications and backlog. Also they have upgraded their procedure to assign visas.
Travelling to canada and getting visas since past 10 years.
First time got Canadian visa in 22 days. Second time got in 6 days. This time its delayed not only for us but delays are overall for majority of the nationalities.

Hahaha. My parents got 1st canadian visa in 15 days, 2nd time in 22 days. Aunt and uncle got in 29days.

But

Humari baari mai kya hum Badmaash lagay huy they jo abi tak checks complete nahi horahy .

My point iis ke cic will take time no matter how many times we travelled. I mean most of us carrying a very strong travel history but still ....

right because the time i applied normal processing time was 54 days.
Yea maybe this time they are going to give me complimentary PR

BUT our all status are in process so not sure what is happening any idea about it

one of my friend got TRV from USA after 75 days whereas the timeline was 22 days from US.

i guess so that is why they are loving and testing our patience level and checking if we are in rush or we are feeling fine in long waiting too haha
