I called more than one time. all the time they say they can't transfer me due to number of calls they are receiving
You should keep on try, y'day I have tried more than 20 times and finally I got the line. Keep try until it get connected.
Hi,
When you get an agent can you please also confirm the current processing date for new photos resent to them. I am outside Canada so cannot call.

Landed on October 20th, linked my application a couple weeks ago - I wasn't requested new photos.
My application changed to approved today, should I expect my card soon? I'm flying home next Thursday, just wondering what's been everyone's timelines once status changed to "approved".

Landed on October 17th. I have received my cards in mail today. Imagine, I am leaving on Monday......yipee...
Just out of curiosity, how long did it take your card to arrive once your application was approved on the CIC website? Assuming you had it linked.

I was able to get to someone. They said they don't have address for my family that's why no prs were sent!. they have only my Canadian address
