Hi Guys,
I have EE profile submitted in July 2017 with a CRS of 376. I meet FSW criteria. NOC 2171

Till date I have not received any update on my profile. No NOI was issued to me by OINP. However I know the cases where people got NOI at 294 and 316 CRS from OINP this year.

So I am not sure what is holding me back. I want to clear few doubts from experts :

1. Is it true that we need to re-submit our profile periodically on EE portal? If yes, then what is the period? And what is the process to do this? Is this basically withdrawing current application and submitting a fresh application?

2. Is there a probability in my case to get ITA in coming days with this CRS? Or no hope?

3. Regarding IELTS, is it true that we should not disclose that we are applying for Immigration while registering for IELTS? Can someone please help me with guidelines to register? I am the victim of 6.5 marking in either of section by BC IELTS.

Requesting expert comments please. I am badly stuck. I really need help.

Thank you

The EE profile is generally valid for 1 year after that is expires, so you need to create a new profile every 1 year. If you want to do it before that, just withdraw your current profile and create a new one.

2. Is there a probability in my case to get ITA in coming days with this CRS? Or no hope?
This is very hard in the near future (Current CRS trend is 430+). You should focus on improving you IELTS where this should boost your CRS.

3. Regarding IELTS, is it true that we should not disclose that we are applying for Immigration while registering for IELTS? Can someone please help me with guidelines to register? I am the victim of 6.5 marking in either of section by BC IELTS.
Not true. Improve you IELTS and this should boost your CRS.

Good Luck!

Thank you so much for the quick reply.

1. I know EE profile is valid for 1 year. I am talking about something different. It's said that for cases like mine where we don't get any update on application for months, we should re-submit our profile. So I am asking about that thing. Does it really works if I withdraw my current 6 month old profile and submit a fresh one?
One supporting fact to this probable myth is that even OINP suggests applying a fresh if one doesn't get NOI after having 400+CRS.

So please clarify.

2. As I mentioned I know people who got NOI from OINP at 294 and 316 CRS too. So it can't be impossible. Please suggest accordingly.

3. I would still seek opinion from members on this.

Thanks

2. Ontario selects the candidates that best suit them, if you haven't been invited for PNP for six months resubmitting your profile is not going to change it.
3. IELTS result is not based on whether you disclose the reason for it but on your language skills.
Resuming your best shot is to retake IELTS and it will boost your score significantly.
Good luck to you.

Just one. Why would I need more. I have a good level and i don't treat taking tests as if my entire existence depended on it.

Advice please..
i don't understand what type of advice you need. I've been at a native speaker level for over 20 years and i don't panic when taking tests. confidence and a good level are enough. unfortunately i don't know what level you're at, so take a prep course, watch videos in english without subtitles etc...
