Do you know working schedule of CIC during the holidays?

I tried to find on their website by couldn’t

I hope it is 25 & 26 Dec and Jan 1st only

Look at public holidays in NS. Other than those days they will be working.

Folks, I have a question -

Prior to receiving my AOR, I had put in an ATIP request in order to find my entry/exit records with the Canadian Border Services and ensure I covered everything in my application.
I just found out that I missed one entry on the Physical Presence calculator.

The entry is when I completed my flag-pole procedure at the US border to become PR, so it does not impact my overall physical presence as I was outside of Canada only for an hour. At the time of application, it did not strike me that flag-pole was considered an official exit and then re-entry and hence I did not put it in.

Now I feel i should inform IRCC either via mail or web form.

Any advise/thoughts? Should i just submit a web form informing them?

Please add me to the spreadsheet

Application sent: November 2, 2017
Location: Calgary Alberta
Application Received: November 6,2017
Physical presence: 4 years
Application Type: Myself
AOR: Not yet
How many days of physical presence??

I do not know if they were stamped or not because I havent seen the back of photos at all. I just missed to check this requirement otherwise I would have worked with my due diligence.
I think they'll return the package within a month if they are not happy.
Did you write your name at the back of photo? you are supposed to do that; they might return your application if you haven't.

Great to see some updates of AOR in November - though they are exceptions so we all should not get anxious. I feel we should see some AOR by early next week or by 15th for sure.

Do keep on checking every few minutes :p just like I do :D

Folks!
I have been a silent reader of this post so far, but I got my AOR yesterday so figure I should help boost morale :D

Here is my time line - Feel free to add to the tracker -

App Sent - 08 Nov 2017
App Recd - 10 Nov 2017
AOR - 05 December 2017
In Process - 05 Dec 2017 ( Same day as AOR)

Note - I had requested for Urgent Processing, althought I doubt my request was strong enough.

Wow seems like your Process is very fast, so did you apply for urgent Process? If you don’t mind, what was the reason? I have same thing , my application is on process and requested for urgent as well but I submitted the request later .... so far it seems like it’s normal process...

I entered it. She has emailed me directly. Please do not delete entries entered by others.
The sheet owner @Chi2Van told me she updated those fields after receiving an e-mail from Miriam with the timeline that has been entered.

I wonder what is the reason for this insanely fast processing!!!!?
Thanks. It would be good to share cases like these on the forum, so people know they're not fake. App Delivered to AOR in 2 days, AOR to IP in another 3-4 days. Did they mention if it is urgent processing ? There are no notes on the spreadsheet indicating so.

35 days is quick but it is not that quick.
I asked that for he is the first Nov applicant to get the aor. Many of Oct applicants are still waiting for aor. Still no one know how these people organize their stuff.

Don't worry. It does not count as day off out of your residence because you spent part of the day still in Canada. A friend of mine registered her entry exit as well and it said she spent 0 days out of Canada for that period.

Just inform them via Webform CIC or let them know when you go for the test.
