Unfortunately for you, the no refund policy is there in black and white, so you really have no leg to stand on. Mistake or not it's the applicants responsibility to make sure ALL facts are true on form before sending it. I was refused a study permit once because of a mistake by the college, but when I applied again I stated that on the form. I don't think a lawyer can do anything for you.
I think i have made a slight mistake on 1294e form.
I ticked yes about previous refusals, but i uploaded a copy of canada visit visa refusal.
But I didn't give any details about uk and usa visit visa refusals.
My application hasn't been decided yet.
What shall I do?
Can I send them any info now?

How long ago did you apply? Personally, I would withdraw the application and re-submit with ALL the relevant information. Not including "some" information is also misrepresentation. Remember, these countries share information on immigration and visas (particularly Canada and the US where the information on immigration history is shared). They may or may not let you withdraw, and you may not get the visa if you re-apply, but there is a much better chance you won't be banned if you submit the correct information. Follow the link....

If you fail to list the other two refusals - your study permit is most likely going to be refused and there's a possibility you may get the misrepresentation ban as well. I would personally withdraw your application asap and re-submit with the corrected information.

You can't. It's too late for you.

I'm talking to the person above (Shaz 786). Their application is still being processed and it's not too late for them to withdraw.

Again - too late for you. You have already been refused and banned.

@scylla do you need to inform the embassy about countries you visit while your application is in process. Like I applied online before going to turkey and came back and application is still in process

hi scylla
Currently I'm living in canada and my pr file is in process since august 2016 .I made same mistake as i forgot to mention that my australian student visa got refused in 2011.And when i applied for study permit for canada in 2011 i was never asked about any other country refusal and after that i did not mention in any of my furthur applications from inside canada because i never read forms carefully and somehow all of them got approved .
But In july 2017 I sent them updated form through CSE . After that i have got my medical . Do you think i have gone through or they can ask about refusal letter which i dont have because i never thought i will need it in future .
Thanks

Unaid Inbox me your contact info( whatsapp or fb) I know a canadian Immigration consultant in canada and if we can take this issue to court as you did inform the embassy of your refusal in the 30 day period assigned by the embassy. I will ask him only I don’t know if we can take this to court or not
