Can you visit your home country after got married and withdraw the refugee application ?

Not having any hearing, is it possible to visit the home country after got married to a Canadian citizen and withdraw the refugee application ? Thank you in advance !

Sure - it's possible. Assume you won't be able to return to Canada until your spouse has sponsored you for PR and your PR application has been approved. Also assume your spousal sponsorship processing will exceed posted processing times (i.e. take longer to process than normal) as a result of your history in Canada. CIC will most likely examine your relationship more closely to ensure it's genuine and you're not using your spouse to gain status in Canada.

Can you do sponsorship while waiting for a hearing and go the way that comes faster ?
