I created a complete ad successful settlement plan using Living In Canada tool http://www.cic.gc.ca/lctvac/english/index
Then I entered my e-mail address as required but I didn't receive any e-mails from them. I tried again (for 6 or 7 times) with a different e-mail address, but I still didn't receive my plan or any e-mails from them!

Please, could any one tell me if there is a problem in Living In Canada website? Or it's normal to take many days to receive the settlement plan e-mail from them?

Hi muk123. Just want to share this in case it may help you. The officer did not gave you points for Manager Purchase Position. Instead, he just gave you points for the executive purchase position.

Are you a Nov 22 applicant? If so, kindly check this out.

Oct 2012-Oct 2013 officer gave you 8 months since you started working as Exec purchase on Jan 2013
Oct 2013-Oct 2014 officer gave you 1 year
Oct 2014 - Oct 2015 officer gave you 1 year.

Officer quoted this:
You were not awarded points for other experience in occupations either higher or lower in skill level as opposed to NOC 1225, and they are not in demand

Because of this:

Purchasing agents and officers purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, land or access rights and business services for use or for further processing by their establishment. They are employed throughout the public and private sectors.

Illustrative example(s)
contract management officer
contracts officer
energy asset surface land analyst
materiel management officer
procurement officer
purchaser, furniture and furnishings
purchasing agent
supply officer, government
All examples

Exclusion(s)
Purchasing and inventory control workers (1524)
Purchasing managers (0113)
Retail and wholesale buyers (6222)

Purchasing managers are not under 1225, instead under 0113 NOC.

Just my analysis. But I am not really sure how they calculate the points. As this is one of my concerns too. Hope it will be a great help.

Hello,

Please look at my case, I am showing experience as;

Electronics Design Engineer 01 June 2011 – 31 May 2012 Salary 10,000
Principal Electronics Design Engineer 03 June 2012 – 24 Oct. 2013 Salary 15,000

Job duties are combined in next paragraph, not separated w.r.t designation.

Please advise?

Thank you,

Hi all...
Please let me know the doc.s required while applying under in demand stream. If we have to combine the documents like education credentials in one pdf file, do we have to scan back pages of the certificates as it was required at the time of ECA by WES?
As it is mentioned somewhere in the form about the police verification, is it required before applying??
Thanks and Regards in advance.

- Scan your Education Certificates and Transcripts simply, then combine them in one pdf file.

- ECA report of WES is not mandatory for SINP OID Application, as they'll ask you to provide it during the processing of your application. But if you have it already, don't hesitate to provide it in your application with certificates and transcript, to reduce its processing time if possible.

- Do the same for all the required documents and upload them in your Oasis account to be ready.

- Police Report is not mandatory as well for application, but SINP checklist tells that it's better to provide it with your application if applicable. So, if you have it already, include it with your uploaded scanned documents.

And check These pages carefully:

I did not and I don't think so. I included only my Bachelor degree certificate and Transcripts. If you have any additional training and/or post-secondary education evidences, then include them as well.

But try to ask again to be 100% sure as I hope someone else confirms my reply here.

Good people of this forum!
The Saskatchewan Immigration is asking me for a prove of intent to reside, that is because I live in Toronto already. I really intend to move there but I have no idea of how to prove that to them.
My daughter is in school and I would like to move after July (when school ends).
Does anyone have any fine ideas on how should I prove my honest intent to move there?
Thank you guys!
All the best

Otto
Hello,

I have an ADR for my proof of intent because my brother lives in Ontario and I applied for Saskatchewan. Do you have any luck how you satisfy the officer in your case? Please suggest me what you did?

Thank you
