I'm in the same boat, 363, for 2147, is there any chance there
Stay positive. Keep all the documents ready including EE profile updates if any. As soon they open, you will stand fair chance to receive NOI and apply immediately.
In the meanwhile, try to see if any ways to improve the CRS further to reach 400 mark.

When i say all documents, i meant the below mainly.

Employer reference letters, pay stubs and every other piece of document that proves your employment.
Yours and family all members Birth certificates,
Make sure all passports in Application have atleast 2-3 yrs validity. (from the time of PNP Application till PR and landing in Canada)
ECA reports, IELTS score cards
Sufficient funds in Bank
etc..

Ask me if anything.

Dear all,
I received NOI from Ontario on November 28th and want to apply under "French Skill Worker Stream.
I am having a hard time when creating a new application for the French Stream. Here are the details:
I successfully created an account using the ONe-key account
2) Then I log into my account and I choose "Ontario-PNP"
3) I select I am not a robot and click on "Continue"
4) Next page, I still click on "Continue", and I am asked to "confirm the contact information you provided when you registered with the OINP e-Filing Portal:" and I write all infos correctly and again I click on "Continue"
5) From the main page, I click on "Submit an application" and I select "Ontario French-Speaking Skilled Worker", then "Federal Skilled Worker Program" and click on NEXT
6) I get this page and I enter all necessary infos correctly and "NEXT"
7) Then, there is a page where I need to sign my name, write the date and accept the agreement and click on "SUBMIT"
Finally, I have this same error message again and again which is "PLEASE TRY AGAIN, IF YOU ENCOUNTER THE SAME PROBLEM, CONTACT THE MINISTRY".

Please, can anyone tell why why I am having this problem?

Hello
BillHyatt/JingleBells/trumprefugee,
I need some guidance from
You senior guys. My application status is “Assessment” for past 15 plus days. Meanwhile I got
Married.
Now I am not sure what should be next steps for me as my status changed From “Single” to “Married”. And it will take few days for me to get marriage certificate.
Please Suggest on:
1. Do I need to inform them via LOE as soon as I get marriage certificate?
2. Now my score will reduce from 395 to 370 plus. So is it necessary to make my wife appear for IELTS and get some banda before application is proceaaed further?
3. Would I need to create/update my EE profile to include my wife and re-submit EE profile?

Please guide!

I am at 401 crs. NOC 2173 will be submitting my EE profile this week. Will HCP open in January 2018 for new candidates?
Hi there !
Yes there is good chance that OINP will open up its new registrations early 2018. They still have candidates to issue nominations to from the current year's batch which we are all assuming should be done in Jan 2018 from the new quota that is issued to them for the new calendar year.

After having done that, they should open up new registrations for HCP. Again no one knows for sure, they may even open new registrations while issuing nominations to previous year applicants simultaneously. Will just have to wait and watch.
In my opinion you should submit your EE profile and keep checking the site below for updations from OINP. They will share information of new registrations on this page

http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html

Hope this helps.

hi friends... im sorry for some silly questions below...

1. i see some of you commenting that you got NOI in November. I did create my profile in 1st week of November. i guess 7th of Nov. But i have not received any NOI till date... my CRS is 421... can i expect NOI next year?

2. Must i send any separate application to even receive my NOI? I created my Express entry profile alone. Is that sufficient to get NOI?

3. Must i show POF to Ontario province as well when i submit my application to them or should i show the POF only post receiving ITA? from which date does the 6 month start ticking...

to the people worrying about Ontario's NOI, quota is filled for 2017 so i dont think they will be sending any new NOIs, until they announce new quota for 2018.
As soon as that happens, i would recommend to create a new EE profile, also, their default criteria is 400 or above points so any one falling under that will be invited by OINP.

I selected all provinces in my EE profile so i dont think that matters.

for any further info, keep monitoring http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html

hope this helps.

If u got NOI from ICT week then u dont need to worry about maintaining 400 points for nomination neither when u will apply for pr application. In this case u must update your status when u get ur marriage certificate to oinp.

You don't need to send any seperate application to receive NOI. Your express entry submission is your application.
Do you have minimum 67 points in the Federal skilled worker criteria?
Have you worked in your NOC for atleast one year in the past 5 years.
When you submitted your express entry profile, did you ensure you have shown enough funds to support you and your dependents in Ontario.
These are some of the things that can decide whether you will get a NOI from Ontario.

If you receive an NOI from Ontario, you will need to submit their application at that time and you will have to provide POF at that stage.

Out of curiosity, what's your age and NOC code?

Thanks a lot for reply brother. So if I update my marriage status in EE profile and/or OINP application, would not it result in abortion of ongoing process? It’s already in “Assessment” stage.

No, it will not cancel your application, but you need to complete a Change of Personal Information form:
http://www.forms.ssb.gov.on.ca/mbs/ssb/forms/ssbforms.nsf/GetFileAttach/005-0161E~1/$File/0161E.pdf

See the instructions on page 26 of the Application Guide (page 31 of the PDF):

5.4 Changes in Personal Information
The OINP must be notified if there are any changes to the information provided in your application, including (but not limited to):
 Change in contact information
 Change in immigration status (expiration or change in temporary work permit)
 Change in family composition due to:
o Marriage or common-law relationship
o Birth of a child
o Change of custody of a child
o Divorce/separation
o Death

Changes to your primary telephone number, email address and country of residence can be made online by logging into the OINP e-Filing Portal and clicking on “My Profile” on your main page. After the change has been made, click “Save”.

For all other changes, you must complete the Change of Personal Information form.

This form must also be used to a request a correction of a data entry error (i.e. spelling mistake) in your name or your date of birth made while registering. Note: The program will not accept requests for complete name or date of birth changes.

Once the form is completed, you must send it by email as an attachment to ontarionominee@ontario.ca indicating in the subject line “Application Change Notice – [File number]”. If you are requesting a correction to your name or date of birth, please also include the personal details page of your passport to validate your request.

Failure to notify the OINP of any changes to personal information will impact the outcome of OINP and IRCC applications.

Hi friends, a question for those that have already been nominated - @mcassim87 @erridja100 @sandominic @adijune @jkriek123

Once the nomination has been issued by OINP, what is the status that gets reflected on the OINP E-portal ? Does it say 'Approved' or does it say ' Decision Made' or does it always remain in ' Decision in Progress' even though nomination has already been issued?

The reason I'm asking this is that even though quota for the year 2017 has exhausted as per OINP update issued on 22nd Nov and nominations will be issued only in early 2018 there is a fair chance that for some applications may still get approved by OINP by the end of this year. We may not receive nomination - 600 points mail in our EE profile -My CIC account but the status in E-portal may change to indicate that a final decision has been made. Therefore I'm trying to find out what word OINP uses in their E-portal when the application has been approved, what should we look out for.

Thanks !!
