Hi Team,
I am a beginner in the process, have couple of quick questions;

Is there a difference between Express Entry & FSW?
If I don't get a chance in FSW, will my application directly go to provincial nominee programs or its a whole new procedure.
Is higher secondary school certificate mandatory for WES, If I send my Bachelors and Masters degree would that be enough?

Is work experience letter enough for express entry showing (Name, Designation and duration)
or
do we have to have a reference letter with salary/benefits and job responsibilities?

I will appear in IELTS Exam in Feb 2018, Currently working on getting educational documents evaluated by WES. Is there anything else for which, I can prepare before like police clearance or etc. before start creating the profile as I will create profile since I have WES and IELTS result.

1. FSW is part of Express Entry.
2. It's a whole new procedure.
3. Depends on the country you're from, check WES requirements for your country.
4. You need reference letter with all the CIC requirements, plz check CIC website for it.
5. To create EE profile you need IELTS and ECA only.

Bobbie,
Which one is better PNP or FSW.

Considering I am married, Industrial Engineer & MBA, 30yr, 7 years of work experience and having no past ties with Canada. (Neither Education, Family or work)

Having PNP you will still have to apply for PR either through EE or paper based application. PNP on its own won't give you PR but it will give you 600 points so you will have a better shot at PR. Check if you are eligible for EE FSW and see how many points you will get. If you have enough to secure ITA just go for it if not try to get provincial nomination.

Check the links above. In the first one you need at least 67 out of 100 in the second one the more the better but about 450ish should do the work.
