I'm hemal staying in india. My sister is holding PR in Canada. She is married. My parents are not alive. Can my sister sponsor & put a file for PR?

I am assuming you are an adult. If your sister is married unfortunately she would not be eligible to sponsor you. You could try to immigrate to Canada through one of the many economic streams available.

And what if they have their business and they want me to work with them?

She would need to give you a job offer and obtain an approved LMIA so that you can apply for a closed work permit.

Just give you an idea:
What is a Labour Market Impact Assessment?
A Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document that an employer in Canada may need to get before hiring a foreign worker.

A positive LMIA will show that there is a need for a foreign worker to fill the job. It will also show that no Canadian worker is available to do the job. A positive LMIA is sometimes called a confirmation letter.

It's not just to explain why they WANT you to work with them.

Probably very low. They have to advertise the job and prove that no Canadian could be hired for the role.

I am not familiar with foreign worker policy. It may be better if you check and ask question at the express entry or foreign worker sections of this forum.

This section is related to family sponsorship and you cannot be sponsored via family sponsorship.
