hello , i am filing my express entry profile and i already have uploaded all the documents, but my spuse is not having any canadian experience so can i show her back home experience in work history? Please reply

If you have submitted your application and stated your spouse's experience then yes you would need to submit it. Yes it can be home country work experience but it will mean getting the reference letter signed from all previous employment you are claiming for.

Don't add your spouse's foreign work experience to Work History section. You will not get any points for it and you will be asked to submit reference letters while you don't have to. So, only add them to the Personal History section. Good luck!
