Examination results : not received

Hello,

WES asked me to send my academic transcripts and my degree certificate for my evaluation. I sent them.
Now I see in my account a new third document "examination results" and it is written NOT RECEIVED.
I don't understand cause they did not ask me that before and i don't know WHAT is it.

Could you help me please? Thanks a lot !

Have you submitted mark-sheets for each semester? If not, then maybe that's what they need.

No for my case one of the marksheet was missing in the sealed envelope sent by University. Install Skype and call them........using Skype calling US/Canada numbers is free. Its best to call them rather than waiting for a response to email.

I called WES. They asked me for the transcript of my exam (where they see each mark i got at the official exam) in an envelope stamped by the authority. I told the man this document does not officially exist here. He asked me to bring it if I wanted my application to be completed in full. So i am going to search it :/

I already sent the transcripts from my school so it may come from the education ministry (who delivered my diploma) he told me.

Hello,
The institution (education ministry) sent the documents to WES.
I saw, myself, the identification number on the enveloppe.

Since 2 weeks the document has been received, no update in my account !
Yesterday, the attendants (i called twice) told me that the last figure of the number was wrong so they had difficulties to link my paper to my profile.
The first attendant told me that i should necessary go to the ministry to tell them to send it again (very expensive), the second told me he would search but the chances are low because they receive so many papers. He asked me to call in few days to enquire about my situation.

Has anybody, ever been in my situation?

I am in the same situation as you right now, and they are looking for my "examination results."

The one you submitted here, what does it look like? Is it the same as an "academic transcript"?

I know it has been years since this thread was created, but I'm hoping someone will respond to this.
