How much important is to include Identity History Summary Request Checklist (it is under step:4 Review on website) form with the fingerprints and other forms? I don't know how but i missed that one in my packet. I know my packet is complete. Will i be able to send it now? Thanks.

It is not a part of the application and not required. It is a guideline for the applicants to review the completeness of their application. So, you are fine. See step 5, it clearly says:

Mail the required items listed above—signed applicant information form, fingerprint card, and payment of $18 U.S. dollars per person—to the following address.
As you can see, the checklist is not a part of the required items.Good luck!
i agree but that checklist has the "i" number...(I-785). What i understand so far is forms with "i" numbers are important. still i will call them tomorrow to clear this confusion. Thank you
