Hi,
My husband and I are contemplating moving to Canada. We have not yet
applied in the Express Entry category and are yet to give IELTS, basically
we are yet to start the process.
Also, I will be the primary applicant.
I had a query around the Police Clearance Certificate that I hoped someone
would be able to help us understand:
My husband has 181 days of stay in the United States of America. I
wanted to understand whether it amounts to six months and would he
need a Clearence certificate?
Also, in the Police Certificate Section it is mentioned
"For countries you have lived for six months or more in total, the
police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in
that country".
As my husband travels for work constantly and it could be a
possibility that he travels again to those countries from where we
would have secured the police clearance and hence it wouldn't be the
latest. So what should one do in that case?
Any leads would be highly appreciated.
