Approved on Dec1st.
Now waiting for the return tracker to be activated !

I actually got my passport back on 28th November...hopefully you will get it soon..best of luck..

same dates.. approved nov27.tracker not activated yet. travelling on dec04

I'm inland and it took 7 days from approval date to CoPR in hand. You might me picking up your passport on the way to the airport.

I need my passport back on Dec 8. According to the reports on the forum, it seems impossible. Is there anyway I can get my passport earlier? like can I ask them to send back my passport without VISA counterfoil....

I have a question: I just checked return tracking number and it shows "in transit"posted Dec 1, but I've got no update on the webpage? Is there possible they sent the documents but didn't update the page yet?

I am inland and only sent copy of passport and photos.

In these forums I have a few cases where return tracker activation happened on the same day ( last week) and a case from week before last where this took 10 days.
So it is clearly not a straight case of First In First Out but also chance

Actually, my tracker was already activated, but I didn’t get any update on my CIC page. I haven’t seen a case here yet where they have activated the tracker but no updates on the page. Have you?

I think it may have an oversight on the part of the concerned officials. They will definitely set it right if you call them and explain the issue or even write to them.

I received this email this morning. My passports were delivered on Nov 8. I did not write to seek any status update. However, I did call a couple of times.

Your documents will be returned using the envelope that you provided. If you have followed the instructions on the website and kept note of the tracking number, you should be able to follow its delivery online.

My case update. I followed-up with them via email as there was no update since 7 Nov delivery of passports at Ottawa from my USA location.

It just means that the passport stamping process & return delivery may take 4-8 weeks for any FSW-O applicant based in the US. One can only wait.

And I gave them a few of calls too, hope it is ready to be dispatched,
what feedback did u get from call center agent?
