Hey I received a text message this morning at 4:30 that visa application tracking number Xxxxxx has been forwarded to the Canada visa office, Chandigarh. Anyone got something similar? Getting on my nerves

I applied on Nov 7th @ bangalore and my file was forwarded to delhi on same date.
How much time does it takes for processing in delhi?
