If the problem exist because of October list overload don't take any more October entry.

It's just that too many people are accessing it at the same time. Keep re-trying, you'll eventually get in.

Can we ask users to keep access to the spreadsheet to the minimum? I guess some users just access it and keep it open on their PC. They should look and then close it, so that everybody can access it.

Well everyone won’t think the way you and I think. I know it’s annoying as sometimes I try to open it to add/update info but I can’t.

It’s also not necessarily that everyone keeps it open but it has data of applicants from last year too. So that’s why it’s so busy.
