You can't apply directly for asylum in Canada. You must get yourself officially recognized as a refugee first from an organization like UNHCR, and they will then try to place you in a safe country. You don't get to choose the country.

Else you would need to apply for and be approved for a TRV (Temporary Resident Visa) to visit Canada, and claim asylum once you are inside Canada. Although given your current status, a TRV would be impossible to get.

You have two options:
1. Obtain a visitor visa to Canada and claim asylum when you arrive in Canada.
2. Be officially declared as a refugee by UNHCR and the identified for resettlement is Canada.
