Hi all,

All our forms are finally done, and we're ready to put our package together..

We are applying inland with OWP - just wondering if anyone has advice about how to put packages together...ie table of contents, header pages, etc.

Also, a random neurotic question - I filled our forms in adobe pdf...when you click an answer to a question which by default means you wont answer follow up/related questions, those questions get greyed out...and if all is well the validation is successful...however the neurotic part of me recalls that it is said that you should ensure there are answers to all questions...so even if greyed out and validated, if a question is not answered, should I write in NA?

Organisation wise put everything in the order of the checklist. If you have additional sheets (not forms) put PA and sponsor name/pr application type at top those additional pages as a header.

All barcode pages should be under the checklist.

I did a small contents page for some additional evidence we sent and put that at the end.

I didn't submit an open work permit app but I would put that application in an envelope of its own clearly marked on the front with your name and "open work permit application enclosed".

Hi

The checklist is your table of contents, so just follow it when organizing. IRCC rips it apart and reorganizes it all anyways.

If it is greyed out, you don't need to put N/A.

Do all the barcodes go together? Like do I need to put them ontop of each of their respective sections or do they all get tossed together (in order of the checklist of course)? If that didn't make sense I can clarify.

If you read through the guide or checklist (i cant remember) it says that all barcode pages must be at the top of your application.

Whichever forms have barcodes..take the pages that contain those barcodes and put them directly under the checklist. It seems odd to split up and mix pages of forms but that is what they specify to do.

Okay, I did read the guide but like a lot of other things on it there is some content that is confusing. They should set up feedback requests and clarify the questions that get asked about the most, lol! Thanks for the clarification!
