There are a few remaining. They're still sending out AORs for these applicants. I remember seeing atleast 2 Oct 16th applicants who got AOR in the last 2 days.

Thanks for the info. Maybe the agent was correct and some of the applications are really lost. It seems they are issuing AOR for late october now. I really do not know what to do since the agents will not provide helpful answer if I call. I may re-apply if I do not hear anything by end of December.
