If your brother is submitting a gift deed from you, then he could surely have received the money after receiving ITA. the only thing to ensure is your brother must have sufficient POF at the time of applying and at the time of landing... with gift deed ofcourse

This place has been where I have always seen lots of energy, hopes and help. Hence, I keep a watch here as much as I can.
While I am at 402 CRS, I created my brother’s profile yesterday. And he has ended up on a 441. I understand he has a fair chance for an ITA soon, the problem is he is short on proof of funds.
Question: In case he gets an ITA shortly, can I transfer funds to him and execute a gift deed and provide after receiving ITA? Will that be okay if the funds in his account are received after he’s got an ITA???
Appreciate if someone throw some light on this.
