File transferred to ndvo on 11 sept. After that no reply from them . I emailed 2 times but no reply from them. Just recieved system generated msg..

I am on the same boat. It's very frustrating but knowing CIC you absolutely cannot do anything so just got to wait.

Does anybody here has been transfer their application in hongkong visa office? How is it?

April applicant here (received April, starting processing in June), received correspondence from Delhi Immigration early November asking for some documents. I would say it took nearly 7 months until I received any indication the processing had begun abroad.
