My query is regarding the question "Has Mr. XYZ ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country".

In my scenario I applied for work permit (LMO) in 2013 to canada, when I applied for extension of my work permit (LMO) in 2014, June, I did get the extension approvals, i left the country in 3 days.

What will be option to select the the above question.
