It looks like PPR but you can always confirm by calling/emailing them. I received PPR from DoNotReply-DELHI-Immigration@international.gc.ca

I think that someone at ndvo was smart as probably your email id (pa's) had a corrupt record (spelling) and they sent it to the next available id.

Yes back in August when I called cic ... Although in my gc key I could clearly see my mail id but the agent told me that there is a spelling mistake and I raised a cse for correction.

The question in my mind is have you ever got a system generated email from cic earlier on the pa's mail id. Like the job letter that they been sending recently or and profile update mail or something.. ?

Very glad if this is PPR mail !!! I could see only one update in my GC account that my medical status is passed (two days ago it was 'review');
Coming back to your question of PA's email ID, yes I have received few emails earlier from 'donotreply@cic.gc.ca' whenever they needed any document (like RCMP record check/ Fee and Medical request) and nothing else as such.
DELHIIMMIGRATION doesn't reply and I have 30 days time to send the passport, which I will anyway send but the real issue is that I am in US and they want me to send passports to VFS Global in India.... scratching my head what to do here...

Raise cse.... Get new mail and deposit in US... It's easy and seamless

Of late the trend has been IP2 to PPR in few hours. So IP2 to PPR is together. We have no option, but to wait. At most we can drop a mail to NDVO seeking status of our application.

Student visa will not cause lot of trouble.. as Jan intake is lower... Also they were more organised this time... Yes.. most who getting ip2 now get ppr the next or same day...
