mine is with Ottawa, i just got the that letter this morning without any other requests, so I was wondering if that meant the decision has been made. I cant look at the status, i only use the CIC online tool to view, and it said it's still in progress.

the pre-arrival letter did not come with a passport request, nothing but that letter, so I was confused.

Can you advise when you received Pre-arrival letter? how many days is it been? Also did your ECAS status change to Decision made yet or is it still in progress?

My file was updated and I sent all documents they requested last year but I don't understand what they mean by the following statement in my CIC:

1. We sent XXXXXXX correspondence on February 2, 2017. If XXXXXX has not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please have XXXXXX do so as soon as possible. Please wait until XXXXXX receives the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

My CIC shows that "Medical results have been received." but no update on police certificate (I sent that one as well). Do you have any idea?

myCIC does not acknowledge the receipt of documents.
YOu can contact your visa office and ask them.

If Delhi office is sending PPRs after medicals then they might have started BC before.Was there any change in status in BC in gckey account

I got an email 10 days ago to redo medical within 30 days. My mom just did that yesterday. First medical was done in Aug 2016

Jan 2016 application filed
June 29,2016: to NDelhi
Docs and medical requested in July and submitted in August 2016
Remedicals on Nov 2 and submitted on 15th BUT NO pre arrival email yet

Today I received an email from CIC to do the medical again because close to expiry of the previous medical. Previous medical will expire in the end of January 2018.
