Your application should have gotten cancelled for providing expired IETLS results AND for not doing the upfront medical exam.

Ultimately it is up to you to decide whether you'd like to proceed or to start over.

Hi Friends,

I need advise for my situation here , when I received ITA my IELTS score was valid but when I submitted actual application IELTS score was expired , now I have received notification to go ahead for Medical Exam and provide results within 30 days , also they have asked for WES results which I have provided .
Can you please advise what should be done ? when they ask to complete medical exam does it mean my IELTS score is considered ? I am very confused

I think you are fine. Go ahead and complete medicals.

Thanks for reply ....My application is not cancelled , when I submitted application it was mentioned to not go with medical exam but can upload Dr. appointment letter which i did , while submitting application there was no notification for IELTS score expired , also now they have asked to complete medical exam
do they ask IELTS score later stage ?

Thanks for reply , yes even I was under same impression but after submitting application i came to know it should be valid at time of submission but not very sure also now after 1 month review they asked to go for medical exam so confused

This is absolutely incorrect, IETLS must be valid when submitting the eAPR.

I'll put it this way, your application must be cancelled unless for some miraculous reason IRCC fails to notice that your results were expired at eAPR submission date.
