To start your Canadian immigration application journey you need to get Education Credential Assessment (ECA) done on your educational qualifications from a Canadian recognised organisation such as World Education Services (WES). There are other options but this one is most popular. To do this go to WES Canada website an select ECA application for IRCC. Finish registration and read all information. You have to send both honours and masters to them. To evaluate your masters they require to see your bachelor degree as well, though you only can claim CRS points for your highest credentials which is masters. SSC and HSC are not necessary but you will see wes asking you to enter those credentials, just ignore.
For immigration purpose you always need to do IELTS General Training. To get extra 50 points you should try to achieve 8777 on LRWS respectively in IELTS exam. Once you are ready with your ECA report and General Training IELTS you can create Express Entry profile, you will be in express entry pool. after that you need to wait till you receive Invitation To Apply (ITA), only then you can submit all your documents for assessments. This whole process is quite simple to understand for an educated person. You Do Not Need any lawyer or agency for this. you can do by yourself everything and many in the world are doing.
