Hi,
I submitted my application on Nov 3rd. but did not hear anything after that. Neither status has changed.
May I get any idea how much time it usually takes to change the status?

Thanks!

- Large fund increase in 6 months without plausible source explained;
- Funds not found unencumbered or readily transferable;
- Funds compromised by debts;
- Funds in joint account with someone else that not spouse;
- Funds in joint account or in name of spouse only and without proof of access from principal applicant.

Have you received a PFL regarding funds from OINP?
Actually I had shown gift deed instantly so I am bit afraid...

if you showed at least a gift deed and the banking deposit/transfer slip, you should be fine. However, the final decision of acceptance rests in the hand of the officer that will analyze your application. Good luck!

Hi fellow members,

My husband has submitted express entry profile (i am dependent) on 17th Nov..CRS score 403.. noc code 1122.. Can some advise when will Ontario sends NOI?

Have read that now neither they will not be issuing any NOIs nor they will be opening HCPs.

Regards

OINP currently has only 347 nominations left from their quota for the year 2017. They re-opened HCP stream in November briefly, having received many applications they closed in a few days. They also have some pending applications from the month of July and August, some of the Masters and PHD stream also which will take up the entire balance quota.

So, yes it is highly unlikely that they will be issuing any more NOIs this year but once new quota is released in the year 2018, your husband's profile should be issued NOI as he has CRS score above 400.

Hope this helps. Good luck.

Hello jingleBells,
hope you're doing great.
I see you haven't heard any news from OINP.
I'm sure you will be nominated before the end of 2017. Just be patient.

@jingebells, when did you submit your application and what was the plf all about.
Submitted in July but received PFL only on 24 th October, replied the next day.
They wanted me to change the NOC code to the occupation In which I had experience in the last 5 years, rather than the occupation in which I had more years of experience.

I just checked and I also am still in Submitted status. I submitted in the early hours of November 3. I think they are just taking their time getting to us, and we have to keep waiting patiently.

I have submitted all the documents - what are the next steps? Not sure of the status as I'm not able to check online (went via agency). I'm just aware of the 30-60 days that it will be reviewed - is this correct? What happens after?

Thank you!
