Finally got visa in 3rd attempt

Hi Helican / All ,
My 2nd attempt also got failed ... :-(
I have attached all the required documents with a LOI ( took 1 month time to prepare it ) , Changed course & applied with more relevant subject to my experience and i was confident that i will get through this time at least but to my luck ( i must say) it got rejected again . But i am not satisfied with the reason what the gave now .. I need help ...
1st Attempt - applied on 29th June 2017 & got rejection on 11th August 2017 - Paper application
Rejection reasons - Others - No ties , bonafide student .....
( Mistakes from my side - BAD SOP & wrong course selected )
Ordered CAIPS notes / Analysed then attempted 2nd time ,.
2nd Attempt - Online Application - Applied on 12th Oct 2017 & got decision on 31st Oct 2017 ( 15 days) - Delhi Embassy .
Reason : Others - not bonafide , home country ties , and missing mark sheets . Yes , i have got this reason .. Even though I have attached all the mark sheets in orderly manner .....wondering why they mentioned this remarks .
Now i want to know as how do i find out where it went wrong even after attaching all the mark sheet & is there any way i can appeal for reconsidering my application . .or Should i attempt 3rd time also .. Is this worth trying .. .. I have an offer letter of Jan 2018 intake & exactly 1 month in hand ..Should i take any law firm help this time ... ??
Need genuine and urgent help please .. please suggest ..

Dont go for Jan intake. There is no point hurrying so much. Lawyer will do nothing. Just take docs from you and submit to visa office. Did you have any backlogs?
What is your profile I mean your marks.
And in which college you applied and for which course
Hi there. Sorry to hear about your rejection. How did you address home country ties and not bonafide student? Because in your last rejection they are still there.

Applied online - 7th Nov 2017
Medical Passed - 16th Nov 2017
Account Updated to Approved Application - 21st Nov 2017 .
Note : I applied 2nd time on 11th Oct & go refusal on 31st Oct 2017 for online application & i submitted my application again with much more clarity on documents & a Strong SOP on 7th Nov & got an update on 16th day ( 21st Nov) .

What is the name of the company that applied for the caips note for you and how long did it take them to deliver it to u
Excellent Ayesha!! Congratulations.. I dont know how happy people are when they get visa in first attempt but definitely not happier than people like us who get it in 3rd attempt
Luck has a funny way of coming into people’s life. It follows hard working people wherever they go and does a no show for all the slackers. Congratulations , you deserved to be the lucky one.

reasonableness of undertaking the proposed studies in Canada, I am not satisfied you are a bona
fide student & would depart Canada at end of authorized stay.
Rejection reason in caips was : applicant is single and of migratory age. Has few fails in his academic course. Applicants intentions are not clear and does not look like he is coming only for studies. Blah blah blah. Lot of personal things like finance pointed out in my caips.
