Job offer_what documents are needed for approvement

Hi,

I am in the beginning of the way for applying through Express Entry.

I have one year Canadian experience and more than 10 years of my country (Ukraine) experience.
without this 1 year Canadian experience I don't have enough points, so my questions:

1. I assume I should go through Canadian experience not Federal Skill worker?
2. My points are on the edge of invitation rounds (425-435, now its more than 440) - how can job offer help me?
what documents from employer I should provide?

Your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA in order for you to get job offer points. This is often a 4-6 month process and involves quite a bit of work on the part of the employer.

oh, I see. I thought it could be without LMIA. I thought LMIA is giving more than 400 points???

It used to give 600 points now it is only 50 or 200 depending on your NOC.

Nope - if you want job offer points, you need the approved LMIA. That will get you 50 points. The 400 points was changed to 50 points.

If you are eligible for both, you will receive the ITA for the CEC class, by default. (you cannot choose it).
