Hi,
My PGWP just approved, here is my timeline,
Submitted and comfirmed on 22nd SEP,
Approved on 22nd NOV,

But here is an issue about my duration, I only get two year and seven months, which end on the day my passport expired, anyone know is it possible to convert it to three years after I renew my passport?

And can i leave Canada and come back with my new permit and student visa (not study permit, and i have one year left) Many thanks!

I am in the same boat bro.
Applied on 26th of Sept. still waiting...
but my study permit is valid til 31st of March, 2018. As long as your work permit is in process, you should not be worried about study permit.
next week probably...

As long as you are not leave Canada, it's fine. Even if your study permit expires, you still on implied status and that's legal .
Asking me! I applied on Sep. 12th. and no update till today. I called CIC agent and basically what we can do now is WAITING. o_O
