I called last week Fri and was given a temp file number, the agent said that I should get the email soon with the full details soon, and I shouldn't bother calling again.. Lolz so fingers crossed for tommorow, they received it oct 11

You can upload through cic account. If you created account for principal applicant . There must be showing your application received status. There you can upload document. Actually I submitted when mail the application along with other documents.

I can't find the upload file button in the online account lol
