Current Processing:
*Recent ITA rounds were not too regular and manageable for CIC, therefore, it seems like they have gained control over the processing times and are on track to return to 6 months processing targets for larger part of applicants.


PPRs by Visa Office:
*NDVO has done a great job this months so far. A lot of PPRs were issued by NDVO.

*As we can see one day there were 81 reported PPRs, most by NDVO, in real terms number was most likely 500 PRS in a day, based on average sample size on tracker 15%

Not sure of that but some candidates do get updates on weekends. Is you medical already passed? If that is so then this is IP2 for you followed by PPR. Could you please tell us your timeline.

NA 2 - 9 Nov
RPRF Paid - 11 Nov

I need some help. I received my ITA on September 20rd 2017 and applied with all documents on Oct 22nd 2017. I received AOR on the same day within minutes.

Its been 29 days and I have not seen any change on my account.

Should I be worried, as I have seen many of other application applied in October receive Medical passed and also some have reached PPR.

Do they ask us to include Nomination certificate? I was never asked to include one.

I received this:

Their messages are so vague, you cannot really be sure. I got this message and my AOR was sept 15th and my bg status is still saying "application is in progress, we would let you know when we start your background check". Ottawa is rather sluggish these days. I expected more.

Which stream you are in?
My stream is FSW-inland
Because processing is quite different for every stream...
And I need specific answer regarding this email

Got a response from them saying that my file is still with CIO at Sydney and Nova Scotia and has not yet been transferred to local visa office. Seems like I Am not in NA 2 stage yet?

Hi dude.. We are in the same boat.. My AoR is 27th Oct & file is at CIO- Sydney. I have been checking my account regularly and surely am at NA2 since 8th Nov.

My understanding is as our Medical & initial screening is done quickly, now it will take some time to reach to next level. Ideally should be first week Dec.. Let's keep each other updated.
