hope you are fine, as i have found Canadian lawyer and consultant who advice me to apply after 2 months first of all. I have been to my vacation and came back. As i mention earlier that my refusal case on 3 point.

1. Purpose of Visit
2. Travel history
3. ties to Canada and Residence country.

purpose of visit [ tourism ] not meeting my brother since we do have family issue which i can mention as reason. That why i don't want to meet my brother and go far away visiting Vancouver.

Travel history
i have been to USA, GERMANY,NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM,FRANCE,ITALY with my entire family in 2017.
The main reason is i want my wife and kids to enjoy, this is really main point. We don't want over stay or do anything we are genuine visitor as we have been to these countries thehy should thing if we want we should do here, overstay or looking job,.

I am well settled here.

this application i want to discuss the new adding things.
property which i didn't submit as my proof to my residence country to show i will be back with original receipt but property is on my wife name.
financially my mother i am supporting her each month sending her money she relay on me original receipt.
job, bank balance, car registration, rental lease agreement leaving 6 year in the same Apartment. rental slips, credit card statement, daughter school slips. internet bills, utility bills, my cell phone bills,
remaining all supporting documents which they required.


do you think this all will be enough documents to re-apply TRV after 5 months.
please do advice me, i can show them my company contract about my leave and remaining balance leave and we will apply 2018 Feb and planning to Visit May 16.

You do have a much stronger application this time. Can you post the documents for each applicant (including for your children) separately so that it would be easier to advise.

3. Is your property rented?

4. When does your employment contract/work permit expire?

5. When do you have to renew the lease for your apartment?

6. Do you and your family have any valid visas?

Thanks for your kind reply, Our main purpose is only tourism travelling for pleasure. 15 days trip only Canada Vancouver returning back to our residence country.

3. Schengen Visa will be expire soon. {( we have visited 5 countries 16 days in schengen if required we can show pictures or travel documents like ticket or hotel booking which i have paid through my credit card.
4. all mandatory documents as requested for visa ( like visa application and family info )
5. Leave letter from company that i want to travel for 15 days and i will return back since i have international business trip to Saudi Arabia and Philippines.
6. NOC letter which will have my date of joining and permanent employee plus my salary.
7. financially my mother i am supporting her and i have receipts which i am sending her money each month i can attached.

my employment contract will expire in 2019 March.

9. my house rental contract i just renewed since it was expire October 29 2017.

all of us we do have USA valid only schengen will expire in November 2017

last this time lawyer will submit this documents including his letter reference to my previous visa refusal. Do you think i need lawyer even do he told me there is no visa guarantee but still i can help you as he said in terms of what i need to submit or what we have to do in follow up!

i guess this all what i have to present my application and i will apply VSF OMAN again paper application and upon request i will submit our passport.
Or i dont no what layer will say online or paper please advice. Thanks.

@durraniabii can you please tell you have only US and Schengen as a traveling history on your passport and only this year or you have visited other countries as well in past years?

4 GCC countries too

exactly my point so right now it seems you have traveling history of EU and USA so it is indicating to them you have no strong travel history no matter you visited 6 countries it will count as 2 max like one where you enter and the other you exit no matter you visited 5 countries in 16 days so that is a thing which is doubting them that you will go and less chances to come back either your profile is strong without any doubt as they won't count gcc travelling as it is on arrival which they do know... if i am wrong correct me @Bryanna you need to visit uk and eu again and then try i am sure you will get it but if you reapply without any changes so it will cover only 1 of their reason which is financial hope this help

The main difference is you can add supporting documents as much as you want through online and your passport will be in your possession all the time. Once approved embassy will contact you to submit the passport or else they will reject your request. You can also track your TRV request any time through online.
Online applications gets the decision more quickly as well.

My dear thanks for your advice, first its not a matter of brave or no its matter of paper work organizing documents and apply with good faith and Chanel that why i ask the advice of Ms. Bryanna, and waiting for her reply soon,so i could have a better chance to be approved. I am asking lawyer since i Don't want to keep loose hole! that's all.
