I know! Tried to call them, but you know, they never pick up the phone. If I cannot receive the work permit by this Friday, my company will hire somebody else! I'm soooooooo frustrated right now.

I tried. But the auto voice said they are experiencing the high volume calls, so they won't be able to transfer my call.
