I had a word with the CIC agent on Friday and he told me that application has been refused because educational qualification and work experience did not match with each other, but, I don’t think the refusal letter states the same, it’s quite confusing.
I had asked my consultant before applying the case that will it affect my case that, ‘I have done Bachelors in Commerce and MBA in finance and I have worked as an online tutor in Maths and an academic trainer, will it lead to refusal or not’ and they were so affirmative that this will not have any negative implication on your case. I did tell them I can wait for another year and get the experience in my field and then apply but they were so confident and told me not to waste my another year on the same and apply on the basis of the information that I have and this is what I have got.
I am completely heartbroken and don’t have the courage left to trust any consultant again. So, here I am back in the forum seeking help from you all, kindly, tell me, which is the relevant job on the basis of my qualification (Bachelors in commerce and MBA in Finance and Marketing), so that I can have a work experience of 1 year in that field and then apply for the PR.
Please help, I will be really obliged and if I am bothering anyone, I am really sorry. Thanks!
