Guys, I have received my passport and I am eligible to go to canada till feb, 2018.
What ate the next steps ? Please let me know if I can refer any article?

Next step is to book a flight or make your travel plans by other means of transportation!
Didn't you have a plan about when/how you would move to Canada?

CIC wants to you reach Canada by Feb 2018. Nothing more, nothing less!
The rest is up to you!

I get that, I need to go to Canada, but isn't there some other things I need to take care of when I am there, Do I have to go for the interview or something at some consulate when I land there. The reason why I am asking is because I got instruction up until sending and receiving of passport. What else needs to be done, I am not sure of? Can you please guide me to a checklist or something?

Ok, now your question makes sense!

Yes, there is a procedure at the airport/point of entry. It will take an hour or a bit more to complete this. Depending on the number of travellers it may vary.
In gist, they will fill out some forms and take an address from you to send your PR card.
Also, you will register for a SIN.
