Hello im applying through Express Entry nd wanted to know if i can choose Alberta as my settle place in canada, bcz i heard that they open for PNP right now, nd if i do choose it nd it turns that we ll not be able to immigrate to Alberta will it effect my imigration process?

Where you chose to live does not affect your application in any way.
You can choose any place. If Alberta gives you an opportunity of PNP, go ahead and choose them!
