Hi All,

I'm in process of getting all documents (waiting for WES) for express entry profile.
My consultant said that Birth Certificate is not required, while registering post ITA, for FSW-O application and only required during PNP application. Under normal express entry for FSWO, only marriage certificate is sufficient.

Can someone confirm this or should I arrange for my birth certificate translation too

Thanks.

I am not sure of your question but since you are waiting on WES I will assume that you are asking if you need birth certificate to submit your EE profile. The answer is NO. Your consultant is correct. You will need a birth certificate after ITA and if you are applying for PNP. I hope this helps. All the best.

thanks for your reply...I was checking for post ITA application only under FSWO, which I gather is not required as per your post.

No you don't need to submit your own birth certificate. It's only required for your dependent children if you have any
I have a sibling in Canada who is PR and I am claiming points for that, my question is do I need to get the birth certificates attested?

Hi All,

I have the below queries. Please help as soon as possible:
1. I am the primary applicant and I do have a birth certificate but it is issued from hospital instead of municipal corporation. So are there chances of getting PR application rejected.
2. My husband is secondary applicant, and he has his provisional degree for bachelors. So is it mandatory for him to submit the main degree instead of provisional. We are submitting all mark sheets of bachelors and also ECA.
3. I have 2 passports where 12 years back on my earlier passport, US, B1 was rejected as I had only 1 year of work ex then. So do I need to submit scan of my 1st passport also and will it lead to a rejection in the PR.
Thanks ..please guide at the earliest.
