How can fresh graduates from abroad work in Canada?

Is it possible for a fresh graduate (with a masters degree) from the UK to immigrate to Canada? If so, what are the documentations required. I wish to work in Canada to build my job experience. I have not worked anywhere else previously. I am also not a British citizen.

No - you can't. You need at least one year of full time paid work experience (typically in a skilled profession) to apply to immigrate to Canada.
