One of my friends got ITA, he submitted all his documents but he just informed me that in 2016, he was denied a USA visitor visa but he had no documentation of it , no stamps and he didn't know why USA visa wasnt approved.
Unfortunately he went to answer"NO"" to the question in express entry which asked have you ever been denied a visa for any country in the past?
What can he do in this case? Canada and USA share info so the visa officer will likely find out but it was a mistake on his part. Can he send like an email to cic?
