No, I really have no idea at first. We started our application in London so the correspondence was from London VO. However, when we move back in the Philippines mid year, we updated our address so I guess its Manila Phils VO.

MyCIC only has "Invitation to Pre-arrival services" pdf for me.

Very typical of Dakar office. It means you have 30 days to do you medicals and 60 days to send your passport. Also they want you yo know your passport may be with them for a while

Is it normal that they requested the PCC couple of months ago and i sent them immediately, but it is still showing your action is required online.

I am trying to contact IRCC to ask about my file. However, it is always busy and can't reach an agent.

Is there a different number that you use?

I suppose when they do batches dm’s and mr’s are sent through mycic.

But when they do it case by case (for some reason) the agent sends an email. (Manually)

I think they are processing inland applications slower compared to applications filed from outside canada.

As pointed earlier MR's are not sent in batches ...

I think inland is still faster than outland except for may be Paris VO. Do you know any other VO that's faster than inland?

I have "action is required" since June/July botched CIC system upgrade. Even after PPR !!!

Ignore it until you see any email or request letter in MyCIC requesting any action from your side.
