Pay slip, employment letter, bank statement, call card or complimentary card. I uploaded it in mycic accountCongrats. What employment proof did you submit? (Employment letter , payslips?) was it possible to upload documents via your cic account? I know Web form allows for uploading but I am not aware of mycic account's uploading functionality except you are referring to them as one.
I really don't know about other VO's but from the trend so far, London VO has no pattern. Don't stress yourself trying to look for one dear. If your file is there just patiently wait, it'll come.Good day everyone, I think I've made an observation that may be helpful in understanding what's happening at Visa Offices, more particularly London Visa Office. These are just my personal assumptions but seem highly probable.
Firstly, applications at Visa Offices much like at CIO, are processed on a FIRST-IN, FIRST-OUT basis. So AORs do not matter when files get to Visa Offices. What they work with is File Transfer Date.
As we may probably be aware, for about 4 months between February - July 2017, CIO Ottawa delayed the processing a large number of PNP applications (am suspecting that the reason may be as a result of a number of incidences of PNP fraud reported about that time.
It was reported then, that certain consultants were arranging employment for applicants by paying employers, getting offer letters and consequently using it to obtain Provincial Nomination).
This obviously must have been very painful for IRCC which up till that time had been relying on the due diligence carried out by Provinces/ the integrity of the Provincial Nomination system hence, only focusing more on check done at their own end. This accounted for the faster processing for PNP applications at their end up till February 2017.
While the delay with processing of PNP applications lasted (likely due to investigations and audit), they continued to process FSW applications and transfer them to Visa Offices for finalization.
By July, CIO resumed processing of PNP applications and tried to even out a lot of the backlogs up till July. This led to most PNP applicants from February till August, passing medicals and R10 between July and August and being transferred to Visa Offices from August as follows. February / March AOR transferred around August/Early-September, April AOR transferred around Mid-September/October, etc.
This is also what is responsible for what appears to be the slow speed of processing of FSW applications from August as against what was obtained in the early half of the year.
My submission therefore is that PNP applicants with March/ April AOR & FSW applicants with July/ August AOR, can expect PPR from November/Early December (now taking between 60-80 days to finalize application at LVO) barring any other unforeseen or processing issues and then progressively onward.
Although this explains the delay in PNP processing, but can you quote a concrete reference to support this theory? Apparently it looks like a speculation of a waiting PNP Candidate!Good day everyone, I think I've made an observation that may be helpful in understanding what's happening at Visa Offices, more particularly London Visa Office. Hi friends, please the post, much like those of other posters, represent my personal opinion and should in no way be construed as authoritative. They are simply my observation based on events I was fortunate to start following since April. They have helped me maintain calm and understand that work is ongoing at LVO but not based on AOR which distortion, wasn't due to LVO.Although this explains the delay in PNP processing, but can you quote a concrete reference to support this theory? Apparently it looks like a speculation of a waiting PNP Candidate!
A PFL seems harsh for just missing out dates on your application. Or are we missing something?Hello Guys.. it is my first time on this thread .. i just wanted to share with you what happened with me
I am a PNP-outland applicant AOR: 22.3.2017
I passed the medicals in july
and they asked for schedule A for 2 specific years which i filled and sent
On first November I received a request to pay the right of residency fee
on 7.11.2017 i received A PROCEDURE FAIRNESS LETTER ( which is very unfortunate)
they asked for the schedule A again , asking for two specific months, i checked the first schedule A , and they were mentioned there.
but the dates in that schedule weren't sequenced
I resent the schedule A sequencing all the months behind each other and submitted ( for 10 years period as i didn't want any chance to miss)
I tried to read all the posts here , but i didn't find anyone facing a PFL from London... so anyone can help ? please?
I think i will have to wait a month before hear from the again correct ??
And by the way , i think the reason behind the delay , is they have a quota for each year number of people getting PPR , So they are just waiting to the end of year to issue the PPR so we can be in the next year quota . what do you think? especially with the large FSW numbers getting nominated.
Your file seems to be movig faster than most on this thread, be optimisticAOR: 16 sept
MED pass: 24 sept
NA2: 30 Sept
No add doc needed: 7nov
LVO mail rec: 16 NOv VO london
Guys i ve heard up London VO is too mucb lethargic??
Please share your AOR, stream and ftd if possible.London VO is taking time to issue PPRs. I moved to IP2 on Nov 8 and still waiting for my PPR. The other VOs are taking 1 to 2 days after IP2.
