Hi guys.
Has anyone ever contacted Case Management Branch at Case-review-Im-enquiry@cic.gc.ca?
My application for open work permit got rejected because I applied for bridging open work permit and there was a restriction on my pnp certificate. However my PGWP was issued for one year till my passport expiry so that way I was actually eligible for an open PGWP extension (which I did mentioned in my letter of explanation)
Anyways I was advised to contact case Management Branch as in a way the decision made was unfair. But it is third week now I haven’t heard back anything at all in response to my email. Not even an automated email. I also sent a reminder email 2 days ago, still nothing.

You should apply PGWP again but this time include an explanation letter saying that it was only given till your passport expiry date. My friend applied it this way and got approved.

check cic account now
did medical on nov 9 and redo x-ray on nov 10. passed
do not know what time but i am sure it is today cuz no real-time emails.
so cic is speeding up and this is a good sign for us applicants in this thread.
