Currently I have 390 points in Express entry. I work as a sales executive. Is there any chance to get nomination from any province?

Hi guys ,
i have a doubt

we have created a profile in Express entry,my partner is primary applicant we have crs 375 points.
i herd form one consultant that if dependent siblings are currently residing in Canada both for depended and primary applicant will awarded with 30 points each 15 base, is it true?
if it is true how we need to proceed to enhance our score, as usual we have created profile based on the questions given in the application but we find no difference in the score.
Is there any separate process for family class sponsorship.

CIC Family class Category is very typical. It is only for those people, who are living in Canada alone without any relative, spouse and children. Only Then they can sponsor their any family member.
But some provinces like Sask and Manitoba provide facility to secure points in point in Assessment grid for close relative. If that person is a resident of the province since 1 year min.

Thank you for your reply. I did My M.B.A and I have been working as a medical representative for about 6 years. My job code is 6221(technical sales representative) as per CIC express entry.

Financial Sales Representatives NOC 6235 is in NSNP Demand list. But it is not suitable.
Not in SINP Demand list as well.
These 2 PNPs have without job offer option.
There is a lot of hindrance in other PNPs.
