Hello good day all.
I'm Mike from. Nigeria.
I want to advance my career in a Canadian university.
I have read a lot from this forum to familiarize my self with the needed information.
But I would love to ask a public opinion on some matters.
I'm a HND holder in computer science and I plan on doing a post graduate in Education or information technology or related but not computer science.
I don't know how hard this could be, post graduate program I can complete the next year to secure a 3 year permit.
I have a low budget I took some time to look at memorial and Manitoba.
I would love some suggestions on schools with a low cost and where I can work and make some savings
Since English is my first language do I need English proficientcy tests?
 
Yes you will still need IETLS. You will need proof of sufficient in order to get a student visa.

The University of Prince Edward Island Is a good one if u find your desired graduate program there. Memorial and Manitoba are also very good recognizable universities.

No do not need IELTS

I am as aspiring Intl students also from Nigeria, no need for IELTS you can google English test exempted country, Nigeria is one.
