Why I receive the "minimum entry criteria" warning against my EE profile?

Hi Folks,

A quick verification from the experts is appreciated for my doubt. As per my CRS prediction, I got 429 as shown below. I created and submitted my EE profile and within a day, I received a message from CIC stating that “You do not meet the minimum entry criteria”, and message further indicated that ‘We regret to inform you that you are no longer eligible to be in the pool.’ I have taken IELTS with scores of L 6.5, W 7, S 7.5 and R 8. I have got my ECA as well. I could not imagine any possible fault in my profile building process. Please help me.

Is job offer accompanied by LMIA? How many years of foreign work experience do you have?

No. I am already working in Canada as a postdoctoral fellow which is not LMIA supported. Since graduated with PhD in 2014, I have almost 3 years of foreign work experience.

FYI:
I choose my NOC code as 2121, since 4011 was not appropriate as you all mentioned (just completed my 3 years of experience as a Postdoc). I hope this does not affect the profile building as far as the job duties are matched.

1- Unless you have worked for your employer for a year on a full-time basis you wouldnt have a valid job offer.

2 - If you are a FSW applicant you have to make sure you are above the required 67 out of 100 points.

3 - There are plenty other ways you could be ineligible but I will let others help you.

1. I am confused. The job ''offer'' implies to outland applicants. Is not it? If you say ''no'' and it implies to both inland and outland applicants, then I have no one year experience yet.

2. For FSW point calculation, will I receive 10 points for my current job (postdoctoral fellow), which is LMIA exempt?
