advice on my rejection ( twice rejected ) and how to solve the issue in which what paper i need to prepare exactly . and what are the mistakes i did in the two times of applying

Ok got it. Well if people on this forum can't reply your questions, in this case yes I believe hiring a lawyer is a good option. Have you tried asking your question/issues on the legalfalcon thread? He is a Lawyer and proposed to reply people questions here, which personally helped me a lot.
