I am filling out the additional family.

And looking at the form for accompanying children

My husbands baby mother says she does not want to sign the form now.

But I have expressed that we need it to go with the application when you put it in.

Can that form wait till after we submit?

Oh no, you have to submit it along with all the other forms. Yes, it's the dependents that should provide photos etc. I know a few other ladies on this site in the Jamaican forum who add their husband's dependent name and sponsored them after. @JamaicanSnowflake you remember which one of the ladies did that ? They would be able to assist you more in regards to the process with the dependent kids and what is needed after you add their names to the forms. As it relates to the mom, can your husband forced her hands? Let her realize it's for the benefits of the kids and let her know that you are not taking them from her and you are not filing for him but it's just to add their names to the form.

They didn’t even take any proof of the pictures and text messsages or phone records he had brought they just asked him some questions and took his passport and told him that they worst handing out any more visa till January and said they will DHL his passport back to him so he didn’t have to do the long drive to pick it back up

That's good ..he's good that he get approved...I guess that I won't get any Christmas goodies

They ask where does your spouse live? Where does she work ? Who does she live with? What’s her mother name ? What’s her fathers name ? How many sibling does she have ? Does she like her job? How much does she make? How may kids does she have? When we wore married ?who was at the wedding? Who introduced us? How often does she travel back home? Why does she send so much money back home? Do we own our house back home? Who own the land? What you land on doing once you reach canada?
